What is "registered"?
You are "registered" or you're allowed to get the registered versions once you make a purchase. You are then automatically a registered user. You should receive the passwords when you purchase the software.

How do I get a username and password?
If you didn't get a username and password for the GlobalSync site at time of purchase, just send us an e-mail with your date of purchase, the associated number (if any) and whom you purchased the software from. We'll get it out to you as fast as we can verify your presence in our database.
